How do your products fit?
Our sizing runs about one size small and are true to the size chart located under the "size chart" tab. Please refer to the size chart before selecting a size. Our skorts offer a flattering fit, sitting by the waist, and are mid-length—not too short and not too long! Tops offer a flattering slim fit.
What is your return policy?
Sydney Elizabeth allows returns and exchanges for all eligible items. Eligible items include if they are unworn, unwashed and include the original tag. Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days of the shipping date and will be refunded to the original form of payment. Sale items can not be returned, only exchanged for a different size or style with the same value. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further instructions on how to return or exchange.
Can I return an item I bought on sale?
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. However, you may exchange it for another size or style of equal value.

What is the difference between Standard and Country Club Length?
Our Standard Length is the length you will see pictured on the website. For our customers who like a little more length to their skort, we created The Country Club Length that is exactly 2 inches longer and will hit just at the knee. Please refer to the size chart to see what length is best for you.
How do you ship? How long does it take to receive an order?.
We ship through USPS First Class Mail (2-3 business days) and USPS Priority Mail (1-2 business days).
Note: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
What is your policy for shipped items that I never received, or lost items in the mail?
Items that are shipped via USPS Priority and are provided with a tracking number. If the tracking number on your account marks "Delivered", there is nothing we can do about the lost items. This could be a result of doorstep theft, or failure of the post office and is not the responsibility of Sydney Elizabeth, LLC
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can send your product to you no matter where in the world you are. Just choose the "USPS International" shipping option at checkout.
